Terms of Service

wa2text is operated by Nova Wave Telecom LLC, doing business as wa2text ("Nova Wave Telecom", "we", "us"). By creating a wa2text account, you agree to these terms.

The service

wa2text is a subscription notification service that forwards incoming messages from a messaging account you link to an SMS number you designate, and relays replies back. The service relies on third-party infrastructure and may experience interruptions outside our control.

Subscription and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD.
• Plans include a fixed monthly quota of SMS and MMS. Hitting the quota pauses further forwarding until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
• Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle. We do not pro-rate refunds.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use wa2text to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or commercial marketing to people who have not opted in.
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity.
• Violate any law or any third-party's rights, including the terms of service of any messaging or telecom platform you connect to the service.
• Attempt to harm, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service or our infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

Third-party platforms

The service connects to external messaging platforms whose behavior is outside our control. Those platforms may at any time change their policies in a way that affects the service. Your account on any linked platform is your responsibility; we are not liable for any action those platforms may take against your account.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee of message delivery, uptime, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Mobile Messaging Terms

The wa2text mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Nova Wave Telecom LLC, doing business as wa2text. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these mobile terms (the "Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By creating a wa2text account and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Nova Wave Telecom LLC (d/b/a wa2text) at the mobile number you provided, even if that number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Program description. The Service forwards incoming WhatsApp messages from the WhatsApp account you link to the SMS number you designate, relays SMS replies that you initiate back to the originating WhatsApp conversation, and sends service-related notifications about your account (sign-in alerts, billing receipts, quota warnings, outage notices). The Service does not send marketing or promotional messages to subscribers.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your own incoming WhatsApp activity and replies. There is no fixed frequency — some accounts receive zero messages on a given day, others receive dozens.

Fees. Nova Wave Telecom LLC does not charge a per-message fee; messaging volume is included in your wa2text subscription plan. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges from your wireless provider related to text messages sent or received through the Service.

Opt-out. You may cancel the Service at any time by texting STOP to +1 (605) 313-9033. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you re-enroll. You may also disable forwarding from your wa2text dashboard at any time.

Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Service is available on major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their MVNOs.

Privacy. Information you submit when enrolling in or using the Service is collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
