How credits work

One bucket, no nickel-and-diming.

What counts as a credit?
1 credit = 1 text. 4 credits = 1 photo, voice note, or video. Both incoming and outgoing messages count — we pay for both, so they both eat from your bucket.
What happens when I run out?
Forwarding pauses and we send you one SMS heads-up. Buy a credit pack (or upgrade to a higher plan) and it resumes instantly.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period — use them or lose them. Purchased pack credits never expire and sit on your account until you use them, even if you downgrade or take a break.
What if I upgrade mid-month?
Your new plan starts immediately with a full fresh bucket of credits. Leftover credits from the old plan keep their original expiry date — fair for both sides.
What if I downgrade?
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep what you paid for until then.
What happens if my card fails?
We cancel the subscription and release your WhatsApp session the moment payment fails — no grace period. Your purchased credits stay safe on your account. Update your card and restart any time.
